WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers receive wholesale prices, plus the cost of shipping (if applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice. 

OPENING ORDERS:

 Wholesale customers receive a 10% discount on their initial order, not including shipping (if applicable). All subsequent orders will be sold at the prices listed on our Price Sheet. Items are sold in case quantity. Orders of quantities not matching case amounts will result in a 10% fee. Refer to our Price Sheet for pricing and case sizes. For a new Price Sheet please email sales@httoffee.com. All invoices must be paid for within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee for every 10 days past due. 

RE-ORDERS:

Orders are sold in case form. Orders of quantities not matching case amounts will result in a 10% fee. Refer to our Price Sheet for pricing and case sizes. For a new Price Sheet please email sales.httoffee@gmail.com. All invoices must be paid for within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee for every 10 days past due. 

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to sales@httoffee.com within 24 hours of Purchase Order / Invoice Date. After that time orders are final and no refunds will be given. 

 METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Checks are all accepted forms of payment. 

 DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 2 days for your order to ship. Shipping / Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is placed.We use USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping as our preferred shipping method shipping costs are determined by USPS set flat rate prices, which are subject to change. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional charges. Heavenly Taste Toffee is not responsible for product damage once product is delivered in good condition.

RETAIL PRICE GUIDELINES:

Vendors shall to not mark-up / mark-down Heavenly Taste Toffee products more than 10% from the “MSRP” listed on our Price Sheet. We have priced our products so that they will sell, but still leave you with a healthy margin. Please refer to your Price Sheet. For a new Price Sheet, please email sales@httoffee.com. Violation of our pricing terms may result in termination of wholesale account. 

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. 

DAMAGES / SPOILAGE:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Heavenly Taste Toffee at sales@httoffee.com within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or spoiled shipments. Damaged or spoiled merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise at no extra charge. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 48 hours after receipt. Spoiled merchandise will always be accepted and replaced at no cost, unless it has passed the “Best By” date on packaging.

 RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of damaged or spoiled merchandise as noted above. In the case of packaging changes, old packaging will be replaced with new matching units for continuity, at no charge. 

 CONSIGNMENT:

At this time, we do not accept consignment transactions.
